- Representatives for collecting Certificates and Transcripts must bring a complete “AUTHORIZATION FORM” (APPENDIX 2).
- Please bring your Alumni Card.
- Academic Certificates and Transcripts will not be given if : –
(i) No verification of payment from the Finance Office; or
(ii) Not returning academic robe; or
(iii) Have an outstanding balance with UNISEL; or
(iv) Not returning UNISEL’s property; or
(v) Not fill up the Graduate Tracking Form.
- Unclaimed Academic Certificates and Transcript will be kept by UNISEL.
- Any Corrections to the Academic Certificates and Transcripts must be made within 6 months of collection.
