Please BRING AND SUBMIT the Convocation Ceremony Invitation Card to the Clerk at the Chancellor’s Hall entrance.
Only TWO (2) guests are allowed to enter the Chancellor’s Hall for ONE (1) Invitation Card. Family members and other guests can wait in the guest tent provided.
Children under the age of 12 are NOT ALLOWED to enter the Chancellor’s Hall.
Guests and parents with special needs (pregnant, disabled and injured or in treatment) who need assistance can contact the Convocation Ceremony Officer in the Chancellor’s Hall.
Guests and parents are NOT ALLOWED to enter / leave the Chancellor’s Hall during the Convocation Ceremony.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED to bring food and drinks into the Chancellor’s Hall. Guests and parents are advised to eat and drink before entering the Chancellor’s Hall.
Invited guests and parents are reminded to always obey every instruction given by the staff.
The following are the dress codes that must be observed by invited guests and parents to enter the Chancellor’s Hall during the Convocation Ceremony:
Male Guest Dress Code:-
National Dress, or
Batik, or
Lounge Suit, or
Appropriate Formal Attire (Jeans dan T-shirt NOT ALLOWED).
Closed-toed shoes (Slippers, Sport Shoes and Sandals NOT ALLOWED)
Female Guest Dress Code:-
National Dress, or
Appropriate Formal Attire or proper attire (gown or short skirt, sleeveless blouse and T-shirt, NOT ALLOWED).
Wear pants or any fashion with pants are NOT ALLOWED.
