- Only guests and parents who are NEGATIVE for COVID 19 are allowed to enter the Chancellor’s Hall.
- Please BRING AND SUBMIT the Convocation Ceremony Invitation Card to the Clerk at the Chancellor’s Hall entrance.
- Only TWO (2) guests are allowed to enter the Chancellor’s Hall for ONE (1) Invitation Card. Family members and other guests can wait in the guest tent provided.
- Children under the age of 12 are NOT ALLOWED to enter the Chancellor’s Hall.
- Guests and parents with special needs (pregnant, disabled and injured or in treatment) who need assistance can contact the Convocation Ceremony Officer in the Chancellor’s Hall.
- Guests and parents are NOT ALLOWED to enter / leave the Chancellor’s Hall during the Convocation Ceremony.
- IT IS NOT ALLOWED to bring food and drinks into the Chancellor’s Hall. Guests and parents are advised to eat and drink before entering the Chancellor’s Hall.
- Invited guests and parents are reminded to always obey every instruction given by the staff.
- The following are the dress codes that must be observed by invited guests and parents to enter the Chancellor’s Hall during the Convocation Ceremony:
Male Guest Dress Code:-
- National Dress, or
- Batik, or
- Lounge Suit, or
- Appropriate Formal Attire (Jeans dan T-shirt NOT ALLOWED).
- Closed-toed shoes (Slippers, Sport Shoes and Sandals NOT ALLOWED)
Female Guest Dress Code:-
- National Dress, or
- Appropriate Formal Attire or proper attire (gown or short skirt, sleeveless blouse and T-shirt, NOT ALLOWED).
- Wear pants or any fashion with pants are NOT ALLOWED.
