RETURNING OF ACADEMIC ROBE

  • Graduates have to bring along the “COLLECTION AND RETURNING ACADEMIC ATTIRE/COLLECTION OF ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE FORM” (APPENDIX 1).
  • Graduates have to bring along the “AUTHORIZATION FORM” (APPENDIX 2) if sending a representative to return the academic robe and collect the certificate.
  • Starting from 30 September 2024, a penalty for the late return of academic robes will be charged RM10.00 per day.
  • Returning of academic robes via post are NOT ALLOWED.
  • Only graduates who have returned their academic robes are allowed to collect the certificates and transcripts.
